The other day I walked into the play room and saw these. So I asked Peter, "What's this?"
"Animal Pancakes," he replied. The coasters are often used as plates so I guess it makes sense.

They look lovely, I will make them for my grandson. never thought of doing this when my children were young.
I often skip over "family blogs" and find it weird to look at some of these posts. But, this has got to be the cutest thing i have ever seen. It reminds me of something i would do as a child. :) great post
